These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 88cb website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products offered by 88cb (collectively, the "Platform"). All financial transactions on 88cb are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 88cb supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, subject to availability. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

88cb offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each bonus offer's specific terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the specific bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.

All bets placed on the 88cb Platform are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules provided at the point of wagering:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bet acceptance is subject to 88cb's risk management procedures, and 88cb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion.
• In the event of a technical failure, data feed error, or manifest pricing error, 88cb reserves the right to void affected bets. In cases where a bet was placed based on incorrect odds due to a system error, the bet may be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely.

• Maximum winnings per bet or per event may be subject to limits which are displayed in the Platform's betting interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88cb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the Platform:

• Opening more than one account (multi-accounting), using someone else's account, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or engaging in any form of match-fixing or arbitrage betting that exploits pricing inconsistencies across markets.

Whilst we take all reasonable steps to maintain service availability, scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, and circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect Platform availability. 88cb shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

88cb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
